Mr Irving Kroopnick
President of the Company since 1952; BMechEng, (North Eastern University, Boston), Hon Doctorate awarded in 1996 from the Southern Connecticut State University.

Mr Jay Kroopnick
Vice President of the company since 1982. BSc (Acctg) North Eastern University, MBA (Econ) Boston College. General Cinema Special Projects Coordinator for Theater Division. Age 49.

Mr Noel Mara
Vice President Operations Management; MBA (USQ), GradDipBus (USQ), AIPM. Has been with W & G since October 1996. Formerly a Wing Commander in the Royal Australian Air Force (1973-94), and Project Manager with the Civil Aviation Authority CAA (Australia) (1994-96). Age 51.

Mr Eugene Borysewicz
Engineering Manager, B.Eng. (MechDesign). Has been employed at W & G since 1987. Formerly employed as a mechanical inspector (1977-87) specializing in gauge calibration and mechanical inspection. Age 45.

Mr Mark Ignace
Quality Control Manager; Associates Degree in Business (SHU). Recently joined W & G Machine Company after spending 12 years at Sikorsky Aircraft. His experience includes 10 years as a component evaluator in the Sikorsky Overhaul and Repair Department primarily involved in the repair of rotor heads, transmissions, gear boxes and related components. He is certified as an inspector for Flight Safety Parts for Sikorsky components.

Mr Rick Kimball
Production Control Manager. Has been with W & G Machine Company for 3 years and is currently responsible for oversight of the production and manufacturing functions. Has 25 years experience in the machining trade including 11 years in production control.
